AC1750 Both 2.4 and 5 GHz SSID's stop broadcasting after connecting new laptop
I have an AC1750 connected to Xfinity that is less than a year old. It has worked flawlessly until now. I have a new Dell Precision 3520 with a Qualcomm 802.11ac wifi card. After connecting the dell via wifi to the router on either 2.4 or 5 GHz channel the radio will stop broadcasting and my internet connection disappears for all devices not just the new laptop. I can restart the router and it will work until I connect the laptop. I've tried changing channels with each GHz network and the amount of time until the connection disappears has changed but nothing consistent. I've messed with power management features when on battery power and that doesn't seem to help anything either. Connecting via ethernet cable everything works fine and still works after the SSID's disappear.
I appreciate any suggestions or help to understand what might be causing this conflict between the router/modem and new laptop.

Hello PWM16
You may need and update the drivers for your wireless card in the laptop.
