AC1750 C6300 Internet Connection randomly drops
Our AC1750 C6300 cable model router has been randomly dropping the internet. No changes have occurred (other than going from 2 to 4 users), have turned it off to recylce several times which hasn't helped, checked the internet speeds which are all fine, though the upload light remains amber. Firmware is up to date, there are no reported outages in the area from Spectrum, and the router is connected to the nearest entry coax. One desktop is connected through an ethernet and our other devices (laptops and tablets) connected through wifi. Can someone please help troubleshoot next steps. I'm hoping there's a fix so I don't have to replace this router just yet.
ISP fixed the issue and prblem solved. Thank you!

log into the C6300 and get a screen snip of the cable connection page that shows the connection back to the isp .also get your logs. between these 2, we can look at the connection back ot the isp.
Also, if you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in the coax line, remove them.
check the connections for being loose, corroded, damaged, kinked, or any other issue with the coax.

when you first log into the C6300 through the browser. Click on the cable connection icon. That'll take you to the cable connection page.
