Re: C6250
1. To the left of the "a" key, is the caps lock. Please use it.
2.This is the community forum where members of the public try to help others out. You won't find much for official netgear on here.
3. that notice you posted specifically states "a buyer of this product in california......." but your address at the top shows MN. It also shows a date of 1/3/2020. Most businesses have a 30 day return policy. If that date is your purchase date, there's always the possibility of returning it.
4. You listed your device as A7000 in the signature but C6250 in the title. Which is it?
5. Are you wanting help with this? The community forum is here to help. we're not getting paid but we're here because someone helped us sometime and we're returning the favor. Your description doesn't really tell us the issue other than you're upset with netgear. We get it because this is where people come with issues. If you'd like help, please provide a complete description of the problem, the device you're using, whats been done trying to fix it, and any other data you think you can add that'd help us to help you.

Re: C6250
I too purchased a Netgear WiFi cable modem router model #: C6250 in January 2019. I have had problems staying connected to the internet. When I contact my ISP they say everything is fine on their end. I have to rest my router once a day for the last three days. As of 5/16/2020
I purchased a four-year protection plan too, however, the only option they offer is to ship back my router to them and wait for their response. This means our home would be without the internet for an extended period of time. I do not recommend Netgear products. Not happy.
