C6300 - Can't access dynamic QoS

Hi,

I'd like to change the QoS setting in a C6300 router, but I'm not seeing that option in my router settings. Firmware version is V2.01.14

I've had other Netgear routers and was easily able to change the setting. I followed tutorials and checked every possible menu item, it's just not there. Is there something that needs to be enabled in order for this to show up as an option?

Would re-setting the router to factory default bring this option back?

Also, this router is constantly rebooting (every couple of hours). Is there a good way to troubleshoot this?

I see no mention of QoS in the manual, so it looks like the C6300 doesn't support it.

 

You could try looking at ADVANCED > Administration > Logs for clues about the reboots.
