C6300 Random disconnect
I just purchased the C6300 today and I'm sadly already having problems. I set it up correctly, but every few hours, the wifi stops working. Both the 2.5GHz and 5GHz stop broadcasting and working. I check the Advance -> Wireless Setup page and it shows them both to have channel 0. The only fix I found to make them work again was to factory reset the device, which is inconveniet to do every few hours when it stopped working. Oh, and wired connections still work, it's only the wifi that goes out for some strange reason.
Firmware version : V2.01.14
ISP: Comcast
Model: C6300|AC1750

Re: C6300 Random disconnect
Hey There,
I seem to be having the same problem. For some reason it's only happening with my devices (iPhone 4S and 2 Laptops) but the cut isn't happening for others too?
An answer to this would be much appreciated, thank you!

Re: C6300 Random disconnect
Hello Bigblue95
I would try to change the wireless channel in the wireless settings to see if that makes the wireless more stable.
