C7000v2 Modem

Hello did y'all ever have a problem with moving the modem to another room and it connected to the network but not to internet? I did factory reset and changed to another cable but it is still not functioning

You were a little sparse on info.
It worked fine before and you moved it to a different room and it didn't work?
That'd make me suspicious of the coax connector

The room you connect its coax cable has to be connected to the ISP cable that's incoming.
I've routinely seen it where the whole home isn't connected to the drop.
So check back to where the utility room or the cable is originating from.
