C7000v2 Modem
Hi Folks,
I had a C7000v2 modem/router along with a MR60 and three MS60 mesh system and my cable provider is Xfinity. And recently I started having some reliability issues and contacted Xfinity regarding same and after numerous trouble shooting efforts it was finally determined that the C7000v2 was defective. As a result I was forced to have Xfinity install on of their modem/router in order to restore our service. I am now left with a nonfunctional MR60 and MS60 unused mesh system. As such I am using this medium to ascertain whether it is possible to connect the MR60 to the Xfinity modem/router and if it is possible how should I proceed in order to do so.
All suggestions and advice will be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your response to my issue it is greatly appreciated. I was able to get the MR60 and MS60 connected to the Xfinity modem/router by resetting the MR60 and going through the setup process.

Would need to see the cable connections and event log page data from the C7000 while it's connected to the ISP services and active to see if there is any ISP signal line issues.
You can turn OFF the wifi radios on the ISP modem and connect the MK series up in AP mode.
Or use the ISP modems DMZ for the MR router in router mode.- Volcar21TutorFURRYe38,

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
