C7000v2 No internet
I have no internet on WiFi or with Ethernet connection. App says there’s no outages in my area. I can send logs but don’t know which one you will need. (Logs or Event logs?) Any help is appreciated. Thank you

What is the status of the LEDs on the front? Each of them from top to bottom. Are they on/off, color, or blinking?
Download the user manual from the Downloads link at the top of this page so you know what the names of the LEDs are. See page 114 of the manual, titled Troubleshoot With the LEDs.
