CAX30 5GHZ networks (regular and guest) are gone

2.4GHZ networks work fine, but all of a sudden there are no 5GHZ networks. In Nighthawk, WIFI Settings lists my 5GHZ WIFI Network Name (SSID) and the Network Key (Password), same for 5G-Guest is also listed in Guest WIFI Settings, but neither 5GHZ network shows up as available on any device (phone, computer, etc.), and I had to move the devices that were on them over to 2.4GHZ. No 5GHZ networks or devices are present in the Nighthawk Device Manager.  I've rebooted and updated, etc. Any thoughts?

What do the LED indicators on the front panel indicate?  Two are indicators only (2.4 and 5 GHz) and one (Radios) is a combination indicator/switch.  See attached from the manual.

The 5 GHZ LED light is off. The 2GHZ light is on/flashing.

The WIFI Radio on/off switch/light is lit. Holding it for two seconds turns off/on the 2.4 GHZ radio, but has no effect on the 5 GHZ radio.

From within the graphical user interface (GUI), have you shut off the 5 GHz SSID broadcast?

I use Nighthawk to configure everything. I cannot find any setting pertaining to something called SSID broadcast. Should I be using a web browser to check configuration?

YES!  And if possible, connected directly to the CAX30 via an Ethernet cable.  Phone applications and Wi-Fi connections have a track record of occasionally introducing problems that can be avoided with the web browser and Ethernet cable.
