CAX80-100NAR dropping WIFI

CAX80-100NAR dropping WIFI
My CAX80-100NAR is dropping both the 2.4 and 5G at random times. The firmware is updated, and I have reset, powered off and talked with both Xfinity and Netgear tech support. Any suggestions before I call in a Xfinity technician?

Does this happen with ethernet connected devices?
Does the front LEDs on the CAX80 change colors when then happens?
What FW version is loaded on the CAX?
How is the wifi configured on the CAX80? What channels are being used?
Is Smart Connect enabled?
What wireless devices do you have connected?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
