Re: CM500 blinking Upstrem light
I can't seem to figure this forum and how to post pictures for the life of me....
Not sure why it's so difficult.
After Comcast rebooted my cable modem due to it shutting of completely and my restarting it didn't solve the problem, now my Upstream light blinks green.
I don't think it use to, I think it used to be a steady green.
Can anyone suggest what might be the problem?
Thanks...
So here's another picture:

Re: CM500 blinking Upstrem light
Sorry about all the posts but I don't know how to edit the ones I submitted.
I did a speed test on 2 different sites and the upload and download speeds were spot on to what I am suppose to get.
Should I be worried about the Upstream blinking light??
Thanks,
Steve in Central Vermont

Re: CM500 blinking Upstrem light
Review the user manual for LED behaivor.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
