CMD31T - All green lights - no internet

My CMD31T cable modem on TWC loses the internet connection several times a day.  That is bad but what really bothers me is why doesn't it try to automatically reconnect?  It knows the internet is off AND it reconnects every time when I unplug it and plug it back in. Does it just like to make me get up to do this??  It knows what needs to happen!

Do you have a cable splitter connected to the modem it could be a signal issue try removing the splitter and go directly to the wall see if that improves the issue. You also may want to have a TWC tech come out check the signal levels and adjust them.
