Connecting landline phone to C7000v2
Just purchased and simply adore my new AC1900 C7000v2 modem router BUT.....seems it does NOT have capacity for a traditional landline phone connection. Anybody got a work around where I could possibly connect a phone to this router with a Cox Cable system? Thank you. Jim

Re: Connecting landline phone to C7000v2
You could buy a voip adapter. It won't work directly with your isp but you can usually port your number over to whatever provider you use.
there's plenty of tutorials around. here's 1 for example
