Criminal customer service
Not that they care, but I will never buy one of their products again. And will tell everyone I come across to do the same.
Great companies stand by their products. Netgear does not.

Re: Criminal customer service
My internet goes out randomly several times a day. It’s been happening for about a month.
I have done a hard reset of both modem and my router. I have followed the reboot sequence as well.
I have also reset set the modem via the pinhole in the back.
The modem is showing it is connected to the internet but I am getting no internet either from my network or if I plug directly into the modem.
I also have spoken with my provider as to whether or not the internet is up.
Thanks,
Dean

Re: Criminal customer service
Have you had the ISP check the signal and line quality up to the modem?
Be sure there are no coax line splitters in between the ISP service box and modem.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cabling up to the modem.
Is there a wifi router in between the modem and your test device?
Remoe the router and connect a wired PC to the modem directly to see if problem happens here.
