Ethernet light(C6250)
So I just purchased this router and every light is always solid green except the ethernet light, it is always blinking which I'm not sure if it should be blinking at all. Occasionally my internet completely disconnects(which I still don't know why and would appreciate some help about that). I've switched ethernet cables from a cat 5e to a cat 8 cable and the light still blinks I'm not sure if it has something to do about my computer port, but I just don't think that the light should be blinking at all.

Re: Ethernet light(C6250)
Straight from the manual:
• Blinking green. An Ethernet port is transmitting or receiving data
So if its blinking, data is moving.
When it drops, is it wireless devices, wired devices, or both?
Do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and the modem logs?
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in the coax line, remove them. Also check for damage to the coax, bad connectors, cheap lines/connectors, corrosion, kinks, moisture in the line, etc.
