Firmware upgrading on the cable modem C6300 issue
I have a cable modem wifi router C6300. I cannot upgrade the firmware because I cannot manually upgrade it nor the service provider has the firmware. I am still using an ancient V1.02.21 firmware where the latest one available is V2.01.18... I have tried various things but nothing worked... Please help...

who is your ISP? Cable devices are upgraded by ISP and NTGR has not capability to upgrade them remotely.

Re: Firmware upgrading on the cable modem C6300 issue
Oh ok. Suddenlink would be a hard nut to crack for Cable modem upgrades.
other ISPs (including Comcast, Cox, Spectrum, etc) push upgrades to retaail modem with Comcast being best in class.
