NETGEAR Gateway C7800 - Wifi drops after modem restart
Whenever my NETGEAR Gateway C7800 on firmware V3.01.38 with Cox restarts for any reason, including manually rebooting it or a power failure, the wifi does not work unless I connect to it via the web portal and refresh the wifi page under Basic -> Wireless -> Wireless Setup by either changing the 2.4 or 5 wifi channels and hitting apply or by just hitting apply.
If I don't do that on the modem after it restarts, the SSIDs don't even show up on any wifi devices. As soon as the modem is done refreshing the wireless set up page, wifi is shown again and working.
This has happened since I've owned it for over 3 years now and even after a factory reset.
Am I missing a setting, doing something wrong, or should check something else? It's past its return or warranty and the modem works fine otherwise.
Thank you!

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
