Netgear CAX80 - Netwrok Ports not being detected

Netgear CAX80 - Netwrok Ports not being detected
I noticed that only power light was lit on my modem and initially though we were having ISP service issues. After a few hours I contacted the ISP (Xfinity) and there were no outages in my area. I switch back to my C7000 called to have router provisioned and all has been well. I have since tried to get my CAX80 back up and noticed that the network ports are not working. Performed a factory reset and that did not help. Changed CAT cables and also connected to another computer. Modem is not being detected by the computers and hence cannot access interface. Does anyone have a similar experience or a solution to this issue?
