Netgear support wants the money only to Claim warranty!!
Anyone know how to claim warranty without phone call?
I need to have replace for my C6300 but they want to charge for live tech support.
They want to all the same steps I had already treid.
Tech support 'Gautam', He refuses my claim warranty without paying money.
Netgear, Their is no other way to claim warrany without paying tech support.
Model: C6300|AC1750 Cable Modem Router Docsis 3.0
