Netgear wants me to pay for returning their defective product for a replacement
I just received an email from Netgear Support for replacement of a defective Modem. When I see the options available to me for returning the defective modem, they are all charged. I am supposed to pay out of my pocket for returning NETGEAR'S DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there some free return option that I am missing? I refuse to pay extra for one of their defective products.
Also, the Netgear Support email ID (rmas@netgear.com) does no seem to work as I get a failure notice eachtime I send an email to them. Is there an alternate email ID?
Model: CM500|16x4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem
