New Install problems with 2.0 Netgear adapter, WPN111
This might be a bit long but its a very involved story.....sorry I have CenturyLink and they wont upgrade our underground cables so i am constantly on and offline....so I decided to try my old Netgear adapter that ive had in a drawer for 3 yrs. The problem is, I get it all installed and the icon comes up on my desktop, but, when I click it I see a flash of a screen
(with fill in spaces in it) and then nothing else happens.....it tried to come on one time and one time only in the browser but never again. I have taken the WPN111 adapter out of the USB plug and tried pluggin it back it to no avail, does the same flash of a screen and then nothing. Also.....
I reallly dont want to use CenturyLinks modem because its constantly off and on so how would I go about getting around that obstacle too??
