Nighthawk CAX80 loses internet
I have the CAX80 wifi router with Cox cable plugged in to it. My wife works from home and has been getting kicked off out her Zoom/Teams meetings. She tried 2 different computers and it happened on both computers. Is there a way to check logs in this router to tell if the internet went out or if it is a router issue?

Re: Nighthawk CAX80 loses internet
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Is the work pc ethernet or wirelessly connected to the modem?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Re: Nighthawk CAX80 loses internet
Firmware is V2 1.5.2
The PC is connected using WiFi
It is set to Auto is currently on channel 4 and 5G is 36. The WiFi is set to Smart Connect.
Neighbors are close by since we live on a cul-de-sac with small yards.

Does it happen if the pc is hardwired in?
Or only over wireless?

Re: Nighthawk CAX80 loses internet
This has not happened while plugged in. WiFi is the only option for the computer that is had issues. I changed channels and so far there have not been any internet issues.
