Re: Nighthawk CM2000 & Orbi RBR40
I have wireless- wired into rather Orbi . We had a professional set up last year a modem (NetGear) with the Orbi
Comcast said my modem needed replaced too slow, they recommended Nighthawk CM2000
i did step by step like the Comcast said, plugged into Orbi
I did not have to put the password information the nighthawk anywhere.
I have to reset everything a few times a day because it says offline. It's only been since Friday, I haven't used the computer. Phones even said not internet connection.
Orbi app under WiFi settings should it be nighthawk or Orbi.

Sounds like it maybe a orbi system problem.
You'll need to wire connect a PC to the modem to see if the modem works there or exhibits any problems first. If it doesn't then your next step is to review the Orbi system.
Please visit and post about the Orbi RBR40 in the Orbi AC forum:
