Power Outage and now modem won't work (AC1750)

A few days ago, power in my apartment went out for about 30 minutes. This has happened before. Except this time, when the power came back, though the modem router (C6300/AC1750) turned back on, nothing else happened. It didn't reconnect to the internet. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. The only light that turns on is the Power light on the front. None of the other lights flash. I called my ISP and they said that though they can send a signal via my line, my modem router doesn't appear to be online. I've disconnected everything, did a reset, tried various methods of restarting the modem (30 seconds while modem was unplugged to the power, 20 seconds when I plugged the modem back to a power outlet and turned it back on, etc.), I've switched different outlets, nothing seems to work.

I've had this modem for less than a year. And like I said, it's not the first time that power has gone out in my apartment while I've had this modem. It's never given me any problems, it always turns back on and reconnects, no sweat. But this time, it seems like it's broken?

Any insight?

If you're under a year, I'd open a support ticket with netgear for replacement.  Power surges and power outages can wreck sensitive electronics fairly easily. Plus if you attempt to replace parts, its going to void your warranty.

You're kind of in a hard place. the c6300 is a combo device so you can't manually force it to take firmware using a tftp procedure or you could try this. You've tried the reset but you could always do a 30/30/30 reset and see if that works. While powered up hold reset for 30 seconds, unplug route for 30 seconds (while still holding reset), and then plug back in (still holding reset for 30 seconds). If this doesn't work, I'd go the support route for replacement. A good surge protector or backup power supply might be a good purchase in your future if this happens routinely at your residence.
