READYSHARE not recognizing USB
Out of nowhere, my external HD disappeared on the network. I couldn't find it on explorer, Genie, or Readyshare Vault. However, I could ping the address (192.168.0.5). I am on Windows 10, and using a Dell Laptop. I have been reading many suggestions but none seemed to work for me. I plugged the HD into my laptop and it was just fine. Any Ideas?
Genie is Version 2.4.50
My router is 3.01.14

Re: READYSHARE not recognizing USB
addendum: I receive this message when I try to access 192.168.0.5 from explorer
The device or resource (192.168.0.5) is not set up to accept connections on port "The File and printer sharing (SMB)".

Re: READYSHARE not recognizing USB
Were you able to fix the issue?

Re: READYSHARE not recognizing USB
I purchased a uShare™ Mini NAS Adapter, and connected my USB HD to an ethernet port.
