Re: Trying to view eMTA Event Log causes reset on my CM2050V modem
I happened to click on the event log while troubleshooting and my internet locked up. That's when I noticed that my modem restarted. Even after a restart it's still doing the same thing. Is there still no fix for this?

Nope - Netgear does not seem to fix stuff, and they charge for tech support to report the issue.

NG is aware of the issue. No idea if or when that will be addressed. Takes a while for issues to be fixed and then tested and certified with the ISP. Takes time. Please be patient.
