Repeated disconnects
I've been having this issue for months, the internet just drops over and over and it is very annoying. Comcast has come multiple times and they check some things out tell me it should be good now and then leave but the problem persists. I took pictures of my box outside as I always thought the ground looked fishy but I don't know much about this. Please let me know what a possible solution would be or maybe a direction I can point comcast in to finally get this fixed. Thank you.

Re: Repeated disconnects
the t3/t4 errors are indicating line issues.
And the dynamic range window violations indicate your power is going in and out of spec.
Both tend to indicate problems with the line still.
Got a screen snip of the cable connections page from the modem?

Re: Repeated disconnects
power levels are a touch high. they might be spiking up and going out of spec.
Did they use an amplifier in line?
