Is it possible to just have one static line (permanant address) for one wired system?

It seems with it being dynamic, my cameras keep stopping on showing on line.

how would I do it if possible?

Router - AX1800/RAX10

Camera system -Hiseeu AVD-8

 You can set IP Address Reservations on the router for connected devices.
