Signal broadcasting/no wifi/not able to login
My router/modem's signal doesn't show up in my list of wifi networks to connect to. I reset it to factory settings. I know the device works because plugging in a cable gets me to the internet. I've activated the device through Comcast.
I know I need to login to the router to enable the signal (probably). However, I haven't been able to login. I found my IP address with ipconfig. I've tried http://routerlogin.net and http://routerlogin.com. Neither site comes up (Server not found error). Then I've done the IP addresses: http://192.168.0.1 and http://192.168.1.1. I've also entered them into the browser without the http:// tag. Not one of these entries into my browser URL will load. Originally 192.168.0.1 was the address but now it's changed to 10.1.10.10 for IPv4 and 10.1.10.1 for the Default Gateway (for some reason). Only 10.1.10.1 brings up anything. It's a "Comcast Business Gateway." Both the default admin and password(s) don't work ("admin," then "password" or "1234"). My Comcast username and passwords don't work either.
I've disabled the firewall and popup blocker for my browser. I'm sitting right next to the device and I have no reason to suspect interference. I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

Re: Signal broadcasting/no wifi/not able to login
Hi @ajolsen,
Welcome to the community!
What is the IP address that you get when you did the ipconfig? By the way, what is the exact model number & version of your device? It might be possible that some ethernet cables are not properly plugged in to the right ports that's why you are unable to access the router's page. If you happen to have a cable modem router, verify that you have the right cables connected to the right ports from this link. If not, let us know more details to help you out on this.
