Simplisafe cameras and doorbell not connecting

I recently switched from the cable companys modem/router to a Netgear R6400 Router and CM700 modem.  I've ben able to reconnect all my devices except for my Simplisafe cameras.  The Simplisafe base station, my Honeywell therostat, my printer, tablets, computers, and phones all connect just fine.

I go though the Simplisafe instructions and the cameras say they are connecting to the internet.  I can see them on the Router "connected devices" page for the router, but they do not connect to the internet.  I just get a green flashing light.  I see the SSID just fine on the cameras when setting them up.

The Simplisafe tech(s) sent me new cameras and that made no difference.  I checked to ensure I have the latest firmware and have that set to automatic update, it's V1.0.1.52_1.0.36 for the router.  They are saying I need to contact my router manufacturer.  Netgear said I need to talk to Simplisafe.

I have ensured the cameras are connecting to the 2.4 GHz network.  I have verified I a very good strong signal.  My phones, thermostat, and printer all connect to the 2.4 GHZ network with no issues. My guess is the cameras are connecting to the wifi, but not connecting to the internet. I just don't know where to go from here.  I'm assuming it's a seting of some type, but neither Netgear or Simplisafe have been able to tell me what I need to do.  I'm open for suggestions.
