Hello there. I'm having some issues with my internet speed here at home and want to make sure i'm chasing the right problem. I've called my ISP, Suddenlink, about slow speeds and keep getting told everything is fine when they run their tests on their end. I know everything is not fine because whenever I use my internet for ANYTHING my 30 Mbps speed (I pay for 150 btw) drops to 1 or 2 Mbps or lower. I'm attaching screens of my modem's information page below. And keep in mind this was about 20 minute after rebooting it.

Everything is not right.
Your power levels are out of spec, your have a ton of errors, and your channels aren't all locking.
Check your line for kinks, damage, bad/old/cheap/corroded connections and replace them if you have them.
Remove any splitters or signal attuators from your line.
Preferably move the modem to right where the line comes into the home to avoid lines inside the home being the issue.
If none of this helps, then the ISP needs to check the line.

All lines used were installed by my ISP when we got their service. ISP was out today (finally, its been a few months with this) and checked all the lines and discovered that the tap outside the house was bad. should be replaced by Tuesday.
