This site can't be reached

I have two computers: Mac and Windows, and use C3000 Netgear as my router. But my Mac can access any site I want to, my windows can not open site, such as youtube and gmail. I also tried ipad and my phone, no difficulty in accessing the Internet. My windows works fine in other places. Is there anyone can help me?

   Wired or wireless connections to the router?

   On the Windows system, open a Command Prompt (CMD.EXE) window, and
issue an "ipconfig" command.  Copy+paste the report here.
