Start by telling people what you are trying to achieve rather than some possibly unhelpful (to you) idea of "the solution".
You have an Xbox that is misbehaving? An EAX20 that won't cooperate?
Just another user with time on their hands.

Re: Wired, IPv4 & IPv6, NAT: Moderate, UPnP unsuccessful
With out the EAX online, the xbox should get OPEN NAT using default modem configuration with uPnP enabled and no port forwarding configurations. Recommended connection for game consoles is ethernet.
Check with MS on how to get OPEN NAT on there game consoles.

Using the EAX in extender mode?
DMZ should not be used or needed for the xbox.
If the EAX is in extender mode, then the xbox should just pass thru the EAX to the CAX30 and still get OPEN NAT.
