can I use the CG3000D-RG as just a router?

I'm going to get a separate cable modem and then a router. If I have the modem before I get the router, can I just the CG3000 as just a wireless router? i.e. do I need/is there a way to turn off the cable modem and just connect a cable modem to the CD3000 and use the routing?

Hello Iwdaddio
The only way I have found that you can get the CG3000 to bridge is by turning off NAT on the device does not look like there is a bridge option in the cg3000.

Okay, thanks. Doesn't look like that will help my situation.
