cm1000 on xfinity requires constant reboot
The cm1000 connected requires constant reboots. I had a Comcast visit my house and said that the signals were all within parameters. I have attached the signal strength and obviously something is seriously wrong. Is this a defective modem or a compatability issue?
Thanks.

Re: cm1000 on xfinity requires constant reboot
this is very bad signal coming from comcast. you can see one of the channels -19dB!! (this is beyond DOCSIS specs and I am surprised it is still even working). Comcasts techs are supposed to keep all the channels ideally between -7 to +7 dBmV.
Please show me your US channels screenshot.
