eero won't reconnect after power outage?
eero connected to a CM 1150V in Port 1. Works great until we have a power outage, then it won't come back online. The only way to get it to work is to unplug all the ports and power up the modem. Then plug the eero only in and let it connect. If more then one thing is plugged into the modem when powered up, it will not connect to the eero. After it's connected, I can pug everything else back in. Really frusterating. Any help would be appreciated.

I did contact eero, that was the only way I was able to connect it initially. They said they had heard of this issue before with Netgear and I needed to reach out to them for a perm soution.

"eero" is a company, which makes more than one product. This is some
model of router?

What, exactly, is "everything else"? And why do you expect to be
able to plug anything else into a CM1150V modem?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
description of "Ethernet ports 1-4", and the following:
Note Your cable modem comes with plugs that cover Ethernet ports
2, 3 and 4. For moreinformation about Ethernet ports 2, 3,
and 4, visit netgear.com/support/product/CM1150V.
Why is "everything else" connected to your modem, and not to your
router?

Re: eero won't reconnect after power outage?
Try powering OFF the modem and Eero router for 1 minute then back ON with the modem first then the Eero router. a reset maybe needed of the router.
Try swapping out the lan cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
