netgear gateway c7000v2
Hello didnt know what bored to choose so pick the best that describes my problem..I just bought this modem/router hooked it up..my son plays cod warzone his nat type was open on the screen before i change modem/router to this netgear one now it says strict since i activated this netgear..all the ports are open on the netgear genie page for xbox one..any idea whats going on..

You may want to try and put the IP address of the XBox in the DMZ.

Has a hard reset of the xbox and power cycle of the modem been performed? Hold the front xbox power button until it shuts off. Then reboot the gateway modem. The power ON the xbox. Check NAT status on the consoles networking dashboard.
Might try changing the ports used by the console under advanced settings on the console. Do not use DMZ for your console.
