It seems to be working now. It was a simple fix of changing the power option to "maximum performance" and restarting my computer. I will see if this takes care of the problem. Thank you for your help.

Re: no wi-fi connections found
Please give us the router model and the firmware it is running.
Though this sounds more like a PC issue than a router issue. Can you give us the exact wording of the error message (a screen shot would be best).

Re: no wi-fi connections found
Did you try connecting over ethernet, and making sure that worked?
Also, what version of windows, and what is the wifi adapter model in the PC?

Re: no wi-fi connections found
You connect over ethernet by connecting an ethernet cable between the PC and the router.
Use one of the ways in this link to open the windows device manager: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/7-ways-to-access-device-manager-in-windows-10.html Once that is running, look at the network adapter section. The wifi adapter will be in there.
