video buffering
coming into my c6900 tech recorded 1350mbps when I perform a speed test it records less than 100mbps using WiFi my streaming video constantly buffers. The c6900 is 3 ft away from my amazon fire cube, any ideas ? I'm usind 2.4g. thanks

Don't use 2.4ghz.
2.4ghz is a slow network and is sensitive to interference.
Streaming devices should be on the 5ghz.
Try connecting your streaming devices to the 5ghz.
Also, the "techs" connection just confirms signal strength. It doesn't test the actual speed at the modem hardwired.
What hardwired speeds do you get?

nothing is hardwired, wife uses internet for her casino games only, she uses digital TV for viewing and she is happy. I check my e-mails on my Dell computer and the fire tv has no ability to be hardwired. The router/modem is putting out 2.4 and 5g do I have to tell them to use 5 instead of 2.4?
