AC1750 C6300v2 Modem/Router No internet LED light
I’ve got a AC1750 C6300v2 Modem/Router and the internet LED light isn’t on. Still have internet, but streaming is slow and continually drops.
When speaking to Optimum internet provider, they said there is an error with our modem/router.
I’ve factory reset multiple times and nothing has worked. Is it time for a new one or is there any hope to bring this back to life.
Also how do I still have internet Wi-Fi without the “internet” led working?
Thanks,
C

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

The power is a bit too low.
Also have some Correctables but not bad.I would have the ISP check the signal on the line. Review the link posted regarding power levels.
Check the Coax line for fittings and ensure they are snug and no kinks. Remove any coax line splitters.
You ISP needs to look into this.
