You put you can't get it to work. which part? connecting to isp? setting up wireless? going through setup?
What isp do you use?
If you just bought it new, netgear does have 90 days of free support. go to the top and click on mynetgear. Register an account and then register the device. From there you can contact support for assistance setting it up.
