can you please tell how to reproduce the problem step by step?
for e.g.
step1: both laptop and CM500 connect and and online (result = internet connected)
step2: reset/reboot laptop (
step3:..
step4:...
step 10..
it would us to know what is happening.
Step 1 - Laptop and CM500 both on = Internet
Step 2 - Restart Laptop with CM500 on = No Internet
Step 3 - Laptop on and Reset CM500 = Internet
