've just got my new nighthawk AC1900 c7000v2 and the ethernet ports aren't working. I've changed devises and I'm using the same cable that I was just using on my last modem. some times my devise will show up as connected but with no internet and other nothing. also the yellow and green lights don't stay on. some times they come one and turn right back off and other times they done come one after hooking up a computer or an Xbox.

Re: I have an AC7000v2 and I cant get my ethernet ports to work.
Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back on.
What CAT# lan cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended. Swap lap cables to test.
Can you access the modems web page at all with a wired PC and web browser?
Are there UP and DOWN LEDs on the modem that signify ISP services?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch?
Check for any power adapters and check the voltage and amps on the power adapter tip if possible.

Ok sounds good.
If you can, Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
