Connect the computer wired to any of Local ports (1-4)
Access the admin page
Configure the Wireless Settings of rhe ADSL modem/router
Go to ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Setup.
Change the Ip address in the LAN TCP/IP Setup within the same range of your existing network. (by Default the IP 192.168.0.1)
Uncheck "Use Router as DHCP Server" and click Apply
Connect the any Local ports (1-4) to existing network.
Check the if you can connect wirelessly
Hope this help to setup the ADSL router as AP mode.

Ok. Using what as your main router? For one step-by-step on how to
do this with almost any router, see:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1463500
That's written for a C6300, but the steps are about the same for any
other router (any make/model) which lacks a one-step WAP option,
including yours.

What? Where?

Which? Same as what?
None of that matters much, but statements like:
"I saw something somewhere."
"I tried something and it didn't work."
are annoying because they convey absolutely _no_ useful information.

Re: dgn1000v3 I want to configure it in acess mode not bridge mode.
My main router is Virgin Superhub3. Nothing super about it.
Firmware. In on description it said go into Ap and enable it. But there is no AP function within the setup. It was then sugested diferent firmware had that function. So I tried different firmware but it still did not contain AP Mode
Plus I think that relatede to Bridge mode and I did not want to do that. I want it as acess point..
Hope that makes a bit more sense .
I will try your answer . I am gratefull you have taken the time to amswer me. Thanks
