dm111psp v2 WARNING administer already online
Every time i tried to access the modem menu i kept getting this error ans for several hours was unable to access the menu, and because of that no net access.
Even after successfully getting the menu and logging out, and tryint it abut half an hour later i got the error.
How on earth do you get rid of that so you can access your hardwares menus? Do you have to pay neatgear on a sunday to remove it or what. I just dont understand.

i just trued it now and get the warning:
System Authentication Failed.
Another Administrator online.Hello wonders
Have you tried to factory reset the device or try changing the admin password.

I couldnt do the factory reset because i couldnt access the modems menu, and the paper clip in the hole was a no go, its just flat and poking did nothing. I did finally get to the menu and do the reset. I also have changed the pass, but it still happens even when i remember to logout instead of just closing the window.
