DC112A Firmware Update fails

Hi,

My DC112A has a firmware update available (V1.0.0.44_1.0.60)

I'm currently running V1.0.0.42_1.0.60.

Hardware Version	DC112A  V1.0
Firmware Version	V1.0.0.42_1.0.60
GUI Language Version	V1.0.0.42_2.1.38.3

It displayes the "Firmware is Available" Banner yet when I try to auto update it fails because "No firmware is available"

When I download the firmware from the site and try to manually update I get:

"This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product."

I had this same issue with the version prior to 1.0.0.42.

My SKU is DC112A-1TLAUS

there is a previous thead about this marked solved from last year but this issue still exists for this SKU

I have exactly the same problem. Download the correct formware, device says update availabe and yet cannot find automatically. Try the manul aupdate method and I am told the file is incorrect. The file suffix is .chk.

Seems netgear doesn't care.

We are now up to 1.0.0.46 Hotfix and the SKU still isn't supported

Ditto Shannon333 comments - seems Netgear does not care about the Australian SKU of the DC112A - Netgear have released a number of releases where the AU model isn't supported currently stuck on Firmware Version V1.0.0.42_1.0.60.  I'd love to see a resolution to this and move to close the known security flaws patched in Firmware Version 1.0.0.48.

I got a used DC112A-2RDMES (I'm in the US) and the latest update is 1.0.0.42, but I can't find the download file and the update in the GUI doesn't download the update. Is there anything that can be done to get the firmware update?
