LM1200 SIM Card Not Connecting

Bought the LM1200 and went to AT&T to get a new plan/sim card.  The put the IMEI code in with the card and got the unlimited data plan.  But putting it in the LM 1200 and the SIM card won't connect.  The easy startup says you may have to contact the wireless provider for the APN but there is the catch...  I called adn spoke to two people, and the store twice, and while they all said they know what an APN is they said this device isn't supported and they don't know the APN I should use. They kept pointing here - https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1062162/ which is not useful at all. 

Anyone know the AT&T APN settings for this???

I had the same problem with my lm1200. The apn info that works is ATT Broadband, Broadband, ipv4, and nothing else.
