M1 Nighthawk wont turn on

Can anyone help me out with this? I use this at a lakehouse and went up there this weekend to find it dead. It wont turn on with the battery in or out, with it's charger or using my Essential PH1 cell phone charger. Any ideas on how to get it to turn on? I bought it refurb/unlocked off ebay 2 months ago so it is out of the return period.

Try to reset it (reset button is hidden inside M1 router).

So I need to break open the case to get to the reset button?
