Netgear website is sending me in a loop

I have a Netgear AirCard 797 with service through Reliable Internet.

When I need to log in with admin, I go to this website:  http://mywebui.net/index.html

In the last month, that link is redirecting me here:  https://www.netgear.com/home/services/mobile-login/

When I click on the link: How to log in to my Mobile Hotspot's Web UI, I am sent here:   https://kb.netgear.com/23379/AirCard-Mobile-Hotspot-and-Mobile-Router-Login-Information

Clicking on the link for my AirCard, I'm looped back to this page:  https://www.netgear.com/home/services/mobile-login/

It's an endless loop and I can't get to my login page.  Netgear's customer support won't let me open a claim on my product because it's a year old, so I can't get through to them to tell them my issue.

How do I get in touch with Netgear to get them to fix their link so I can get my product working again?

Re: Netgear website is sending me in a loop

have you tried going to 192.168.1.1 when you're connected to it?

That's a mobile modem/router.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems

Those things are very different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
