Nighthawk LTE Mobile hotspot router Data usage not displayed

My router no longer shows the data usage on the device display or on the web management page.  The data used in the session is displayed but the balance is not there anymore.  I have tried the reset button twice but that didn't fix the issue.  I also checked the firmware update but it says I'm on the most current version NTG9X50C_12.06.21.00.
